2016-04-01 · I seem to remember there was a chunk of wood connecting the top and back of the guitar in the bridge area and not sound posts. This guitars top was laminate maple, I think the HJ800 is pressed spruce and it is slightly longer in scale length. I find that Hagstroms are engineered to the ninth degree.
